Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?

NO OBLIGATIONS!!!. Once you tell us a bit about your property, we’ll analyze the information, maybe set up a call with you to find out a bit more if needed and make you a cash offer that’s fair for both parties. When we make an offer, we’d love to speak with ALL decision makers in your family, so we’re all on the same page. From there, it’s 100% your decision on whether or not you’d like to sell your house to us.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

Absolutely NO commissions or fees. We’ll make you an offer, if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your property and you walk away with a burden lifted off your shoulders and cash in hand!

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?

  We are looking to get a fair discount on properties (below market value). Sellers come to people like us to avoid the stress of fee’s and commissions from a Real Estate Agent and are looking for cash in hand! Remember….we provide NO obligation offers, so if we are not a great fit, its 100% ok. We want you to do what is best for YOU!!

Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
A:
Real Estate Agents list properties and charge you a fee/commission. Most agents will prefer you fix up the place (sometimes, no one has time or money for that), however we are the ones purchasing the property directly from you AS-IS. The Uglier the home, the better it is for us! No clean up needed on your end!

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  
We look at location, current condition, repairs needed, market value, how long we can resell or rent out and compare to other homes in the area.

Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  
We’re not agents, and we don’t list houses. We are actually purchasing the home from you directly. Once the property is in our name, we start fixing it up, and depending on the “numbers” we may rent it out or re-sell.
